Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a structured, compassionate space for healing and change. Your experiences are met with care while we work together to understand patterns, regulate emotions, and move forward with greater stability and clarity. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Therapy supports relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges—helping you move out of survival mode and toward deeper self-understanding and resilience.

Coaching

Coaching is available nationwide and offers supportive, depth-oriented work without diagnosis or clinical labeling. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” coaching creates space to understand your inner patterns, build emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. Many clients find this approach relieving and empowering—especially if they want insight, support, and accountability without entering the mental health system. Coaching is an excellent fit for out-of-state clients, frequent travelers, or anyone seeking consistent, grounded guidance focused on clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

EMDR

Some experiences stay with us—trauma, abuse, loss, and other overwhelming moments can leave emotional scars that affect daily life. If you’ve tried to move on but still feel stuck, anxious, or triggered, EMDR therapy may help.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. It doesn’t require going into detail about what happened and works with your brain’s natural healing process.

Many people find relief from anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares, or emotional numbness—often within a few sessions. EMDR is especially effective for PTSD, childhood trauma, grief, abuse, and deep emotional wounds.
